Terms and Conditions:

By subscribing to the Saloam Bey Texting Program ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which constitute a binding agreement between you and Saloam Bey. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Program.

1. Subscription: By subscribing to the Program, you agree to receive text messages from Saloam Bey. You represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide to Saloam Bey, and that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any other person or entity for whom you use the Program.

2. Message Frequency: You acknowledge and agree that message frequency may vary based on your subscription and that Saloam Bey reserves the right to adjust the frequency at its discretion. The frequency of messages you receive will depend on the specific subscription plan you have selected.

3. Charges and Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. You are solely responsible for all fees and charges associated with your use of the Program. Saloam Bey may change its fees and charges for the Program at any time, and will provide notice to you in advance of such changes.

4. Opting-Out: You may opt-out of the Program at any time by replying with "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message you receive. Alternatively, you may contact Saloam Bey directly to unsubscribe from the Program. If you opt-out, you will no longer receive text messages from Saloam Bey, although you may still receive messages related to your account status and other administrative matters.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties: Saloam Bey makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Saloam Bey be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of business, even if Saloam Bey has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Saloam Bey and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Program, or any violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of PA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Program shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.

9. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Saloam Bey with respect to the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Saloam Bey.

By clicking the "Subscribe" button or otherwise using the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
